After completing the paperwork at the center and explaining the basics of scuba diving, we'll head to the beach where we'll set up our gear and change for the water.
We will start the descent at a depth where you can stand up, descending progressively deeper after practicing some basic exercises and showing you how to control your buoyancy.
When you have mastered it, you will take a walk following a rocky wall where marine life enjoys playing with the divers and interacting with us while your instructor points out those little animals that are more elusive or know how to camouflage themselves.
When the air reaches the reserve, it will be time to come back up and return to the dive center.

Included:

  • a 45 minutes theory session,
  • a 45 - 60 minutes dive up to 6 meters deep with a private instructor,
  • registration and certification fees,
  • private instructor
  • dive insurance and liability insurance,
  • access to the digital training platform,
  • transportation during the activity and possibility of pick up at the accommodation (under previous confirmation with the center).

Details

  • Maximum depth: 6 meters
  • Dive duration: 45-60 min
  • Certification requirements: No previous experience required

With this modality you will learn how to assemble your diving equipment by yourself and you will practice different skills that will allow you to gain confidence in these or future dives.
Once you've mastered the exercises and become buoyant, you'll enjoy a leisurely dive to a maximum depth of 6 metres.
After a break in which we will discuss the experience and any advice that each participant may need, we will prepare for the second dive.
This time we will be able to descend faster and go further, overcoming the nerves and uncertainty of the first dive.
Now you will have all the time in the world to enjoy the underwater scenery and marine life at the dive site we have chosen for this second dive to a depth of 12 metres.
Remember that among the usual fauna in Tenerife it is possible to enjoy the company of manta rays, rays, octopus, cuttlefish, turtles, trumpet fish, lizard fish, schools of grunts, bogas, salemas, gueldes and much more!
So, if the participants have a good adaptability to the marine environment and the weather conditions allow it, it is possible to do the second dive from a boat. Ask us about this option!

During the briefing your guide will introduce you to how to use the snorkeling equipment correctly and be safe in the water. You will learn what kind of marine life you can see in the Atlantic and how to make the best out of your day.
Whilst staying within a small group your guide will assist you and help you spot lots of colorful fish and amazing critters. For about one hour you will float around on the surface and follow the fish.
Snorkeling is all about exploring marine life and the clear and blue waters of the Atlantic from the surface. You will be surprised how relaxing it actually is to float and follow the fish. Also it is a great alternative in case you are not much into scuba diving yet.
The snorkeling program is an introductory experience, not a course.

We can offer all the dive sites on the island for certified divers. However, the best dives and therefore the ones we do most frequently are the following:
La Cueva de las Morenas, Los Chuchos, El Bufadero or Pared del Palmar.
The Condesito and the Meridian, El Pecio de Tabaiba and Radazul, El Balito and La Cueva de Los Cerebros, Las Eras, Punta Prieta or Montaña Amarilla.
In Tenerife the positive thing is that there is always a side of the island that can be dived thanks to the natural barrier of the mountains and the shape of the island itself.

We normally do two dives in the morning. We meet at the center at 9 - 9.30 in the morning and we are back between 13.30 - 14.30 (depending on how far apart the dive sites are or the sea conditions when moving or sailing).
For night dives we usually meet around sunset. Occasionally we organize some dives during the afternoon or upon your request.
